Au niveau inférieur vous pourrez profiter d'une chambre, d'une salle de bain avec toilette et d'une grande salle de détente (disposant notamment d'un coin cuisine avec bar, d'un canapé convertible, d'un baby-foot adulte et d'une TV écran plat). Vous retrouverez à ce niveau un superbe sauna, une buanderie équipée (lave-linge, etc)et un double garage.

La villa est située dans un quartier calme et résidentiel,, nous demandons un respect strict du voisinage, les fêtes sont interdites. Les draps, serviettes et charges sont compris dans la prestation (à l'exception de la taxe de séjour et des éventuelles dégradations). Les lits seront faits à votre arrivée. Un kit bébé est mis à votre disposition (lit parapluie, chaise haute et table à langer). Les animaux de compagnie sont admis, les éventuels dommages sont à votre charge. Attention aux futures clients, tant que vous ne venez PAS pour faire la fête vous êtes les bienvenus, autrement passez votre chemin, je ne loue pas une discothèque ou une salle des fêtes, mais bien une villa calme dans un quartier tranquille et paisible.
