This 2-bedroom, contemporary apartment, is located on the breathtaking cliffs of South Hallsands, Start Bay. This idyllic setting is nestled within the grounds of Prospect House. This South Devon holiday rental has a bright, stylish, Nordic feel to its open living quarters, which are further enhanced by the spectacular sea views that reach across Start Bay.

Neighbourhood information

Prospect House is located in a remote idyllic setting on the stunning Devon coastline, with incredible far-reaching views of Start Bay and Start Point Lighthouse. Hallsands beach is a short walk along the coastal path heading towards Beesands, which has the closest pub, the Cricket Inn. Start Point in South Devon is one of the best places in the UK to spot seals, and Mattiscombe beach lies just over the headland from the lighthouse. The passenger ferry from East Portlemouth takes you to the famous town of Salcombe, where you can find boutique shops and restaurants. It is a great place for sailing and exploring the stunning countryside and coastline of Devon.
