1 Matrons Cottages consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There are two double bedrooms, one of which is a smaller 4ft double, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, plus off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and a pub, and within 0.5 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent.
