We strictly implement a non-smoking policy throughout the entire building. Violation of this policy will result in a charge of 200 POUNDS.* *Take extra care of your keys. Keys not left in the designated location as specified in the check-in and check- out instructions will incur a 50 POUNDS additional charge. A charge of 50 POUNDS for an emergency callout; 250 POUNDS for an emergency locksmith charge will be incurred for any loss or unreturned keys.* *There is one complimentary mid-stay clean for long-term stays (28 days or more). If you would like additional cleaning, there will be an additional fee.
