The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one with a balcony, along with a wet room and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed, side garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, a balcony with furniture, and a private driveway for three cars, shared with next-door. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and River Thames in 0.8 miles. Burfield Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring Berkshire as a family. Old Windsor, the largest village in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, was the home of Edward the Confessor and the oldest Saxon town in Berkshire, located next to the River Thames. There are several excellent pubs in the area that serve delicious food, and the Windsor Farm Shop, located on the outskirts of the hamlet, has a variety of goods from the Royal Farms and small, local specialty vendors. Three miles from nearby Windsor, home to a castle and the British Royal Family, are the attractions of LEGOLAND, Thorpe Park, and Ascot Racecourse.
