## The space With its own entrance at ground level, the property has a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, a living area and kitchen on the second floor, and the principal bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. There is no elevator and floors are accessed by stairs. Amenities include: - a fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher - microwave, toaster, kettle - washer and dryer - shower and bath - Queen-size bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom - storage space for personal items - hair dryer - linen, towels and essentials are provided ## Guest access Keys are located off-site. We use Key Nest services that are a 5 minute walk (350m) from the entrance to the apartment. ## Guest interaction I am available to answer any questions guests might have. ## Other things to note We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events are not allowed. There is no elevator and floors are accessed by stairs, so might not be an ideal fit if you have a lot of luggage. The apartment is on a busy road and although we have double glazing might not be suitable for very light sleepers. Not suitable for small children and infants.

## The neighborhood Situated just a minute's walk from Barbican underground station it's also just a few minutes walk from historic Smithfield market. ## Getting around Closest underground station is Barbican or Farringdon (Elizabeth line).
