With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 being en-suite, plus a ground level WC, the house is perfectly suitable for families and large groups. Free onsite parking for 1 vehicle, plus shared parking for another vehicle if available. Please note, the parking space is not suitable for SUVs. There's 3 car parking spaces available at the back of the property available for local residents. You are welcome to park here if they are available but it's not guaranteed they will be available at your time of arrival. Alternatively there is a 24-hour car park just a 2 minute walk away from the house. The house is in a great location and is just a 12-15 minute walk to the city centre. Local restaurants are within a 10 minute walk away. There's a modern size kitchen with all kitchen amenities & comfy living room plus a beautiful back courtyard. In an ideal location, safe & close to the city centre & York University with local supermarkets close by. There's a Co-op convenience store just a few minutes walk away with larger supermarkets within a 12 minute walk.

I've lived in Yorkshire for my whole life and have been to pretty much all areas of Yorkshire. What's often referred to as ‘God’s Own Country’ because of the beauty and diversity of the scenery; there is so much to explore and what better place to start than York. This amazing city has stunning architecture, award winning museums, as well as great shops and restaurants all within walking distance of my house. York is a great place to stay for exploring the city and beyond. Situated in quiet a residential part of the city. There is an excellent selection of supermarkets nearby including Waitrose, The Co-op and Morrison's. There's a bus route just a 2 minute walk away from the house which takes you to the city/train station or to York University. There's an NPC car park a 2 minute walk away as well. However, there's one guaranteed parking space plus an additional free parking area which usually has a free space but not always. It is in an ideal location for exploring Yorkshire.
