No dogs allowed - Property accomadates 7 + 1, to book for 8 please contact us - 4 bedrooms – 1 king-size, 1 super-king-size, 1 double (bunk with additional single on request) and 1 single room. - 3 bathrooms – 2 en-suite shower rooms and 1 bathroom - Rangemaster cooker with gas hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, additional fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer - Wood burner (fuel provided - fully stocked large log basket) - Underfloor heating via air source heating throughout - 2 TVs - Wi-Fi included (high speed) - Towels not provided - Enclosed garden with patio and lawn. Though please note that the hedgerow does currently have some bare patches that some dogs could escape through until it grows back - Parking for 6 cars (up to 4 on gravelled private drive at the side of the house and 2 further private spaces inside the main gate) - Lockable storage for bikes - Pubs, cafe and village shop within 0.25 miles
