Excellent tapas bar around the corner (El Molino) and various assorted takeaways and restaurants within walking distance.

We are situated close to convenient transport links to London, Gatwick and Heathrow are straight forwards to get to. The neighbour is urban however benefits from several parks including Crystal Palace and Beckenham Place Park. Kent Cricket Club County Ground is near by and Crystal Palace Football Club at Selhurst Park is within walking distance.
