Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and washbasin. There is an addition WC and hand basin. Each cottage has parking for two cars, patio area with patio furniture, superfast broadband. Just along the road from Crealy Adventure Park, Exeter Westpoint and Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary. The complex of cottages is located opposite the Hidden Oak Cafe.
