Justine grew up on the Isle of Wight on a working farm and spent her childhood playing with Horses and Boats. Leaving the island at 18, for the City, she forged a career within the Investment Banking industry. In 2001 she purchased her first holiday home in Bembridge and in 2003 moved back to the Island permanently, buying a small holding in Gatcombe. She later moved to Ashey and built a lodge in her grounds, which is being successfully ran as a holiday let. In 2010 she worked for Sykes Cottages, gaining invaluable knowledge about the self-catering holiday industry. In 2015 she re- developed a rundown Edwardian coastal property for the sole purpose of a holiday let, again with great success. In August 2017 a couple of holiday property owners approached Justine to market and manage their own properties, hence Just for You holiday Homes was born. I am passionate about working on behalf of the owners and helping them to create wonderful memories for all our guests.

Anchor Down Cottage is a wonderful three bed home by the sea, sleeping up to four guests comfortably, situated in old Ryde, on the Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful road, steeped in history with link's to Lord Nelson and Lady Hamilton, and moments from Ryde’ golden sandy beach as well as all the superb international restaurants, café and boutiques that Ryde has to offer. Children welcome - but the house has not been child proofed. The bustling historical town centre of Ryde has lots to offer for the whole family, with its marina, boating lake, children’s rides, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling Greens, as well as having many international restaurants, pubs, cafés, boutiques, and antique shops, definitely something to do for everyone. Not forgetting the 6 miles of golden, gently sloping sandy beaches, which are ideal for bathing in the summer and breath-taking embracing walks in the winter. There is no better way to start your day, than taking a brisk walk from Ryde to Seaview while watching the sun rise, then pop into a café in Seaview and walk home. Ryde also benefits from having superb transport links therefore no need for a car; the Wightlink Catamaran passenger ferry connects you to the train at the top of the pier, which can take you all the way to Shanklin if desired. The Hover comes over from Southsea, and provided a unique mode of transport, and only takes 10 minutes. Next door to the train station at the bottom of the pier you will find the bus station, with buses waiting to take you all the way around the island.
