I bought the property in June 2019, and since then, we've gone from 9 to 7 rooms and completely rebuild the property and named as Ariana House Hotel , with all of them having en-suite shower/toilet facilities, coffee/tea making facilities and mini fridge.

The Arian House Hotel is located in a tourist neighbourhood, with guest houses making up the majority of the establishments on our street. We participate in 'Blackpool in Bloom' in the summer, where the street is a blaze of colour.
