Balne Mill Grove is situated close to Wakefield city centre, 9 km from Middleton Park, and from White Rose Shopping Centre. The property is around 10 km from Trinity Leeds, First Direct Arena and O2 Academy Leeds. Closest Airport is Leeds Bradford Airport which is 30 minutes away. House is located 10km from Royal Armouries and 9km to Yorkshire sculpture park. At the front of the house is a natural reserve, the house also boast free WiFi. 2 smart TVs 1 in living area and 1 in bedroom with ensuit.
Balne Mill Grove is a quiet and peaceful place and is newly built. The home is just outside the town centre of Wakefield making it easy to access the M1 and M62.
