BAYTREE is a spacious Victorian house, quiet, but centrally located overlooking Blenheim Gardens on Blenheim Road, Minehead. This location is at the bottom of North Hill with a level walk, to all amenities that the commercial town area has to offer. The Sea front is just a two minute walk away. Baytree is ideally situated for the start of the South West Coastal Path
We aim to run a friendly B&B and would like our guest to feel like they are in a home not just a B&B
Minehead is a traditional seaside town, with lovely views across the sea to Wales . It provides an ideal base for all types of holiday, either a peaceful relaxing break, or a more active holiday. From Minehead, visitors have easy access to all parts of Exmoor and the surrounding area, including the stunning North Devon coastline, the twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth. There really is so much choice, for young and old alike. Deer watching with a National Park ranger on Exmoor. The rare chance to see live wild badgers close up, at Devon Badger Watch. Hundreds of walks along coastal footpaths and deep wooded valleys, and for the railway enthusiast there’s plenty too. The town itself has many attractions, including a long seafront promenade which is lit up at night, a picturesque harbour, a wide sandy beach, a golf course, and many attractive shops and restaurants. We are very fortunate to have excellent live entertainment, all year round, at The Regal Theatre, here in Minehead. The unique paddle steamer “Waverley” and motor vessel “Balmoral” call here regularly offering seasonal trips along the beautiful Somerset and North
