Friendly staff, clean rooms with tea, coffee and water available. Fantastic value for money and my son was even allowed to play on the piano in reception which was wonderful. The sea view was lovely and being so close to the beach was brilliant for our stay. A nice surprise for us was meeting the lobby cat! She was super friendly and let us all pet her.

Fantastic place I was meant to go home but booked another hotel for 3 nights, so much to do and see or do nothing and enjoy the view's. I can recommend the ginger pig kitchen, the indoor market, shops and sovereign centre, Cineworld, spar market, Vinnies for fun and entertainment.

Love the Coaster bus which zooms round from the sea front through Kewstoke and Sandy Bay Love the Wetherspoons by the sea front. Town centre has a great array of shops but there's a few alcoholics around i wouldn't recommend staying in the town centre area

I love how flat Weston is along the promenade.

I love how flat Weston is along the promenade. It was very clean and tidy. I wished they still had a land train as it made it easier to go up and down the front. No shortage of takeaways and restaurants. My favourite was Revo Kitchen. The environment was lovely with excellent views and food. The furnishings added to its character. There is something for all ages to enjoy in Weston. Although the beach can be muddy and treacherous if you wander far out, the actual beach has lovely sand to play and sunbathe on. I have been to stay in Weston several times and hope to return again soon.

    Typical British sea side town.

Typical British sea side town. Sadly allowed to run down but mostly because underused. We just don’t have the weather and very little to do if raining. Ate at Fusion (Chinese, great prices and good food) Tarantellas (Italian, expensive but good food) and fish and chips on the front which was cheap and cheerful). Visited Cheddar Gorge (amazing) and Wookey Hole (very good especially with children).

Very run down, a lot of shops closed in the town, dirty streets, depressing place, the council have let it go, even the Park is run down and not looked after. I wouldn't go again, it didn't have any appealing factors about it.

As a wheelchair traveller Weston is fantastic.

As a wheelchair traveller Weston is fantastic. The promenade is wide and flat and clean. Cafes and restaurants are accessible and shops are as well. The pier is accessible and is lovely. It could do with a few more shops on it. There is a marine lake that a wheelchair can get all the way round. There are plenty of benches for companions and if you like dogs, you’ll love Weston. The Waterfront Restaurant is good value and excellent food. You can eat a huge number of cuisines including Turkish, Japanese, British, Vegetarian and Vegan. There’s something for everyone. For a good people watch sit outside The Omelette Cafe with a latte and watch the world go by. Oh and if you want a tattoo, Weston seems to be a Mecca for tattoo artists, I think I counted 10 at least!! If you want to venture further afield to Worley or Burnham, it’s probably best to use the car, buses can be spasmodic and often the return times are quite early. For example we would have liked to go to one of the Cider Farms but there were only two buses a day that went there and the last one back to Weston was about half 2, not enough time at all really, which is a shame. The public transport needs to be looked at to help the local economy.

The location is right on the seafront. Room was spotless, bed was nice. They advertise parking near by at £6 for 24 hours, the council car park nearby is £12 for 24 hours. But if you look behind the hotel and can drive to one of the roads behind you will find free parking on roadside for free, withington a 5 minute walk back to the hotel. So we had , not only, a great time, we also had free parking!!

We had a twin seafront room, was nice, spacious and bright. Comfy beds. Good warm high power shower. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Free parking on driveway in front of hotel. Good breakfast , and good view of seafront in restaurant. Hotel is a bit dated but clean and good value for what we paid. Has a lift to get to upper floors.
