Beach Haven is situated in a spectacular beachside location and features stunning sea views from the West facing living room, where the sliding doors open up onto a large balcony area, the perfect place to relax and gaze at the sea. The property features three coastal bedrooms and two bathrooms plus parking space. With direct beach access, it will take less than 20 seconds for you to be dipping your toes in the beautiful Bracklesham Bay water. Beach Haven is a superbly located house, perfect for families or friends. The open plan kitchen/diner contains a newly fitted kitchen and appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, and has a large dining table. The room opens onto an East facing balcony, perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. Take the steps down to the private enclosed courtyard garden where you will find additional seating, ideal for BBQs, and storage of water sports equipment. Three bedrooms (1 king, 1 twin, 1 double) feature super soft bed linen and fluffy towels. The top floor master bedroom with its large picture window has a stunning sea view from the bed itself, making your morning cuppa pretty special! Situated over three floors, the property has one family bathroom with bath on the middle floor, and one shower room with w/c on the ground floor. Beach Haven has sliding doors from the living room which lead onto a large newly made wood and glass balcony facing the sea, with plenty of outdoor seating for watching the sun set. The property has one allocated parking space on the driveway and additional free parking on the secure private estate immediately in front of the house. On the beach side, you will find a communal paved and grass area and slipway, perfect for launching watersports equipment with an outdoor shower for when you come off the beach. Beach Haven is dog friendly.

Bracklesham Bay is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk along the beach to Selsey in the East or towards the bustling the villages of East and West Wittering in the other direction.
