Within 10mins drive into the city, to the Universities, Hospital and to the M60. A perfect short commute with great accessibility for exploring Manchester. Directly facing the property is the beautiful Alexandra Park, a local favourite for families, dog walkers, joggers or anyone wanting to breathe some fresh air and be surrounded with amazing green sceneries. Retail and food shops are only minutes of walk away so you can choose whether you want to have a lazy evening meal or host an amazing banquet for friends and family. The house is on a terrace set back from the main road. Free on-street parking is available at the front of the house, if you need more space then feel free to park on the side road just 30seconds walk from the house. If you're fit and athletic then please feel free to come with your bike as we have bicycle stores fitted to the front. Bus lines 101, 102, 103 runs frequently along this road - bus stop running in both direction only minutes walk away from the house.
