The hotel is gorgeous, luxurious and cozy at the same time. But the staff was the strongest feature of the hotel. Friendly, helpful and welcoming, we really felt at home. We want to thank everybody for making our stay so extraordinary.

Excellent value for money & spotlessly clean

It was so good it’s hard to choose one! the location was amazing, the coffee machine on every floor was a life savior and the staff was really kind and helpful specially Nube and Pedro. Honorable mention to the toiletries, the shampoo, body wash and the conditioner i wish i could purchase them.

Loved the location and the bed was super comfortable

It’s absolutely comfortable, probably one of my best stays in England so far. Staff are friendly and helpful. And the tram stop (St.Peters Square) is just less than a minute walk from the hotel, it’s very convenient to travel from and to the airport.

The Executive King Room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was exceptional! The staff were so lovely and accomodating.

Fantastic cosy furnishings and quirky decor.

Accessible and close to the center. So many shops and restaurants around the area. There was complimentary coffee and tea; room has an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The bed was nice and the beddings smell nice and clean. The city view was really good.

It was an amazing stay. They helped me with every need that I had and always with a smile on their faces. The staff is phenomenal. Breakfast was worrh every penny. I really enjoyed my stay there would recommend to everyone. And pretty clean too which is a key poubt for me.

Excellent city centre location

The breakfast was the best I have ever seen. So much range and choice. 10/10
