If you have any medical issues we ask that you seek advise from your go surgery before using the hot tub. We do have a no music policy as not to upset other guests in their cottages. We have a check in time from 4pm we can not accept earlier bookings. The cottages are cleaned to a high standard and takes us this time to turn them over. Check out is 10 am on a Sunday check out we can offer a late check out of 1pm for you to enjoy the hot tub this is an extra fifty pounds payable on arrival to the cottage.

We only except adults with them being all one bedrooms but also strive for a peaceful environment. We live on site so are at hand if any problems arise. The farm is situated between Whitby and Scarborough. Even though we live in a country setting we are a 2 minute drive onto the main Whitby road (A171) There are walks out from the Farm onto the cinder track and nearby is the Cleveland way. We are a 3 mile drive to Ravenscar, 7 mile drive to robin hoods bay and a 12 mile drive to Whitby or Scarborough. we are surrounded by stunning country side and forestry and sit on the edge of the moors. The Nearest beach is Ravenscar which you can also walk onto robin hoods bay if you get the tide times wright. Or you can just come and soak up the glorious views and the peace and tranquillity the cottage has to offer and enjoy the Hot Tub. Coming to stay with us you do need a car. Your nearest petrol station selling essentials is three miles up the road towards whitby and your nearest Sainsbury’s and Aldi situated next to one another is 10 miles towards whitby.
