Binswood Garden Apartment is in a beautiful Georgian Townhouse in one of Leamington's renowned tree lined avenues. The Apartment is an easy 5 minute walk to the Parade - the heart of the shopping and restaurant area. Leamington Spa station, which provides a direct line to London Marylebone, is a 20 minute walk, there is a bus stop to Warwick University within about a 5 minute walk and JLR Gaydon is a 10 mile drive.
The Apartment is spacious and equipped to a high standard and includes: free wifi, 37 inch flat screen TV, Sky TV & Sky Sports. 1200ml shower cubicle with Grohe shower. Under floor heating and wood burning stove.
