We booked last minute to attend my best friend's funeral...nothing was too much for Karen. She allowed us to check in slightly early the previous day so we could call in and see friend's and family, then again on check out day, allowed us to get ready for the funeral and check out a little over an hour late so we weren't creasing out clothes. Breakfast was amazing and there was a huge variety if you didn't fancy a Full Scottish. All I'll say is...Karen, you're amazing and run a fantastic B&B opening your home to the public...don't change a thing its perfect. Thank you for your understanding and for being a terrific hostess, Linzi and I will definitely be back x

There were additional extras such as bathroom toiletries which was above and beyond the normal things provided. Different types of coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the rooms. We even had dressing gowns provided. We had our own private bathroom which was external to the bedroom. It had a lovely homely atmosphere and her 3 cats were adorable. Thanks Karen and we would definitely stay again.

The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful throughout my stay. They are pet friendly. There's a wide range of choice available for breakfast and the food was incredible. Highly recommend to all.
