Very recent apartment with 1 bedroom, a large open plan living room with kitchen and a balcony. Minute away from the sea and with the advantage of a free designated parking space. The space Entrance: Coat hangers, shoe storage seat and full length mirror. Living room: - Large L shape couch, coffee table and 55" 4k TV with 5.1 sound system. Access provided to Netflix and Amazon prime video as well as usual TV channels. - Dining table with 6 dining chair. - Fully equiped kitchen including 4 zones induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Toaster, Kettle and Nespresso vertuo coffee machine. Many cooking ustensils, including brand new Tefal pans and wok. Bedroom: - Large 160x200 bed - Vanity desk with mirror - Plenty of storage with a cloth rail with shelf and a separate chest of draw Bathroom: - Shower bath - Large sink with heated mirror - Toilet Guest access Apartment located on the 2nd floor, access via either lift or stairway.
Originally from the south of France, I now live in Plymouth - UK. After travelling for years and stayed in many accomodation I have now decided to offer my apartment for rent in Plymouth while I am away. I know what makes a good accomodation when travelling and am sure you will enjoy the flat.
The apartment is at less than 5 min walk to the Hoe, where you will enjoy panoramic views of Plymouth Sound and the iconic Smeaton’s Tower lighthouse. During the summer months you can take a dip in the Art-Deco Tinside Lido, further along your walk you will soon reach the historic Barbican and Plymouth city center
