The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, washing machine and dishwasher, and a sitting room with Smart TV, selection of books and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a private driveway for one car, which is quite tight. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Kings Nympton is a beautiful thatched village mid way between Exmoor and Dartmoor, and was voted Devon Village of the Year in 1999 by the Campaign for the Preservation of Rural England.
