Hosting three bedrooms, including a double, a twin and another twin (zip/link, can be super-king on request), along with a bathroom and a separate WC, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning effect stove. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, and a rear communal garden. Brokan is a welcoming base whilst you explore the countryside of Devon. Please note: Due to the nature of the property the stairs may be found to be steep for some guests
