Brookview is a wonderfully presented three bedroom period property in the peaceful village of Lower Swell. With original traditional stonework, exposed beams and a wood burning stove, this is a perfect holiday home in the beautiful North Cotswold countryside.

Lower Swell is a great base for visitors who want a taste of village life and also want to sample the wide range of places and activities that the Cotswolds has to offer. Just a short way away in picturesque Stow-on-the-Wold, at the centre of a network of walkways, there is a wide range of facilities available. Moreton in Marsh, with a Tuesday market and home to Batsford Arboretum, the Slaughters and Bourton-on-the-Water are just a 10 minute drive away. The river Windrush meanders through iconic Bourton which is where you can find Birdland and the Model Village. The village of Broadway, Broadway Tower and picture postcard Chipping Campden should not be missed when visiting the Cotswolds. Children, as well as many adults, would enjoy a trip to Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park and also Cotswold Wildlife Park. Days out to Blenheim Palace at Woodstock, Shakespeare’s Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Cirencester can all be enjoyed from the property with drive times of no more than 45 minutes.
