The cottage sits in the beautiful Dysynni Valley, from which rises the spectacular peak of Cadair Idris. This mystical mountain is named after the legendary giant warrior poet who is said to sit on its summit - take a hike to the top to be rewarded with the most amazing panoramic views. At just a couple of miles away, Tywyn is the closest seaside town to this this quirky chapel conversion in the beautiful Dysynni Valley. The Wales Coastal Path runs right through the centre of the town and onto the Blue Flag Award beach. On a clear day you’ll get great views north towards Bardsey Island and Pwllheli on the Pen Llŷn (Llŷn Peninsula), and south as far as Fishguard and Aberystwyth.
