A peaceful location to stay whilst being in the centre of Canary Wharf and all the amenities it has to offer. Ideal for a base whilst working in London. The flat is exquisitely designed with a luxurious theme throughout, providing space to work from and also relax. A fully stocked kitchen complimented with SMEG appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen has a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher along with SMEG hob, oven and microwave. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with high quality bedding provided. Plenty of wardrobe space along with hangers to unpack and make yourself feel at home. The lounge/dinning area, has enough space for 4 people to eat, with plug sockets situated by the table to make working from home an easy option. The comfortable sofa is the perfect space to relax while watching the 50" smart TV. The Bathroom has an over head shower and large bath to relax. The on-site facilities of the cinema, table tennis and snooker can be used upon request. The gym can be used subject to the length of stay and an induction undertaken with the instructor. The swimming pool and spa facilities can be used subject to length of stay and upon request. Upon booking for our insurance purposes we require photo ID for all adult guests and agreement of our terms and conditions which will be sent to you via email in the format of a check in form. We will require pre-authorisation of a card for a 300GBP damage deposit which is fully deactivated within 7 days of your departure if there is no apparent damage/loss/lack adherence to our T&C's on checkout. Failure to complete the pre check in form along with the damage deposit will result in the cancellation of the booking.

The flat is walking distance to an array of restaurants if you want to keep very local There is a dry cleaners less than 100 meters away to help with your laundry needs. The flat is located walking distance from South Quay station on the DLR and less then 5 minutes walk to Canary Wharf station on the Jubilee and Elizabeth line. City Airport is 30 minutes away in either a taxi or using the DLR Heathrow Airport is 45 minutes away using the Elizabeth line at Canary Wharf station The 02 arena is 5 minutes (1 stop) on the Jubilee Line from Canary Wharf station There is on street parking outside the flat and in the surrounding the roads.
