The neighbourhood is quite central with a variety of choices very close to the flat. A nice pub/restaurant is on the ground floor whereas the only original Turkish restaurant in town is across the street. Behind the flat, on Rosemount Viaduct there s a choice of nice cafes and bakeries as well as a couple of mini markets and convenience stores as well as coiffeur, pastry houses and others. Union Terrace Gardens is just moments away as it is His Majesty's Theatre - the main theatre in town with lots of interesting shows all year round. The famous seafront is not more than 10-15 minutes by bus or some 30 minutes walking through the town. Cinemas, bars, pubs, shops, churches and more up to 10 minutes walking.
