This is a central studio apartment. It has everything you need as a home from home. Everything in the city centre is within walking distance & there are easy public transport links. The apartment is setup as standard with 1 King size bed. Please inform us of your preferred bed arrangements by completing the reservation form upon booking to avoid disappointment. Please note that upon booking for our insurance purposes we require photo ID for all adult guests and agreement to our terms and conditions which will be sent to you via email. We will require pre-authorisation of a card for a 300GBP damage deposit which is fully deactivated within 7 days of your departure provided there is no damage/loss/lack of adherence to our T&Cs at our property following check out. Where refunds are applicable, admin fees may apply.
