THE SPACE - This modern 1 bed apartment is located on the basement floor of a typical Aberdeen building. The main living space features an ideal open plan layout and brand new kitchen - packed with all essentials including a dishwasher and washing machine so that you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions. The stylish lounge area features a features an easy to use sofa bed and a 50” Smart TV so you can unwind with some Netflix, as well as a 4 seater dining table for those evening meals together. The bathroom is modern and freshly renovated providing a large shower. In the spacious bedroom you will find a double bed, chest of drawers and cupboard space. Ideally based just off of one of the city's main streets - King Street, our Apartment is nestled on the quiet Roslin Terrace. It is within walking distance of many of the City's main attractions and only around a 10 minute walk to the beach. A car isn't essential as the location is central. Also due to limited on street paid parking availability, we recommend walking or taking public transport whilst staying at our Apartment.
