Modern 2 bedroom semi detached house situated within a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. The beaches of Fortrose and neighbouring village of Rosemarkie are a short walk from the house as well as Chanonry Lighthouse a popular spot for dolphin watching. One of the best golf courses in Scotland is also a 5 minute walk away. The village of Fortrose offers all necessary local amenities including a shop, bakers, butchers, post office, chemist, gift shops as well as restaurants and cafes. The bakhoos bakery is a must to visit for your morning coffee and freshly baked sourdough, croissants, pain au chocolat and cakes! Crofters Cafe in Rosemarkie is a great spot on the seafront for lunch, coffee , cake, ice cream after a walk along the beach. For pizza lovers, Souters Creek in the nearby village of Cromarty is a must! Freshly made woodfired pizza and lots of other yummy goodies in their takeaway deli. IV10 on the high street in Fortrose is also a must for coffee and cake during the day or a relaxing wine and food in the evening!
