Garden Cottage is a self contained cottage, with a separate bedroom with an en suite, a well equiped kitchen and dining/living room close to Newbury town centre, a bus stop, the racecourse and the train station. The Cottage has it's own parking space, front door and it's own private garden with a patio set and bench. You'll find shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer and towels in the bathroom. The kitchen has tea-towels, fairy liquid, salt and pepper, olive oil and a selection of pots, pans, a blender and a coffee machine. The wifi is good too :) A light breakfast is provided - pastries, fruit juice, and cereal. Easy access from the M4 and A34. 15 mins drive to Highclere Castle. 20 mins drive to Vodafone HQ. 15 mins walk to Newbury train station. 2 mins walk to a bus stop. 20 mins walk to Newbury Racecourse. 15 mins walk to Newbury town centre and the Kennet and Avon canal.

The cottage is in a residential neighbourhood easily accessed from one of the roads into Newbury. There's a shop in walking distance, and super markets a 5 minute drive away. The beautiful canal is in walking distance as is the town centre with all great shops, pubs and restaurants. Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey fame) is a short drive, as is Donnington Castle and the Ridgeway. Further afield is Bath, Stonehenge, Oxford, Winchester and London is easily reached by train. There is a parking space for our guests, lots of amenities are in walking distance
