As part of Perfectly Nested signature collection, the property has been fully refurbished and professionally interior designed to an exceptionally high standard and thanks to its split-level layout, has a great feeling of light and space. It also benefits from a well maintained garden for relaxing and making the most of the warmer months.. It is neutrally decorated throughout and perfectly blends the character of a period home with modern touches. The wow factor is particularly notable in the Open plan Living and dining space with its featured natural stone cladded wall, large sophisticated modern dining table, perfect for families and group of friends to enjoy cosy evening dinners. The ground floor comprises of an impressive open plan living and dining room. The living space features an L-shaped sofa ideal for relaxing in front of the large HD wall mounted television. There is a dining area which comfortably seats six to eight people. Natural light flows in through the bespoke tall glazed French doors. A modern separate high end fitted kitchen with its generous space and all mod cons built in, ready to accommodate all cooking abilities. The picture window and French doors looking out into the garden are an added feature to this elegant kitchen. This floor is completed by the large luxurious family bathroom with natural stone floor and walls, bathtub with stone surround and overhead shower. There is a separate bathroom with walk in shower, with rainfall shower and hand-held attachment, the walls and floors are covered in high end natural stone, and to finish the look, there is a beautiful stone vanity top.

The space comes alive with music, performers, and market stalls, and being here is a great way to get a feel for the community spirit in the area. Since food is our favourite, we also like going to Camberwell Church Street and the surrounding area to get our fix. Just off Camberwell Green, this road is packed with good restaurants and bars. When it comes to cafes in this part of London, it’s hard not to like Love Walk Cafe. The name is adorable, and the eclectic decor and wall art make it colourful and inviting. The property is located in a quiet street with good transport links and easy access to the local shops. This artsy area with Victorian houses has a great mix of things to get excited about. Centred around Camberwell Green, this area is the meeting point for diverse elements of London. The presence of Camberwell College of Arts and the contemporary South London Gallery means it’s home to artists and has a creative streak. The property is approximately 3.8 miles from central London. Denmark Hill station is well connected by rail to a number of central London train stations, and there are plenty of buses that travel from the city centre to the heart of the area.
