Experience life in the heart of London City of London with this cosy 2-bedroom, 90 square meters apartment located on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. We understand the importance of staying connected, which is why there is a high-speed Wi-Fi (1/Gbps) connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, small refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. The kitchen also comes with all the cookware, dishes and utensils needed to prepare meals at home. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. Cleaning supplies, a vacuum, broom and mop are also provided. The apartment is heated with floor heating control via electric thermostat . Both bedrooms are street facing. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with a superior quality mattress while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. All the necessary bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. This property can host up to 6 guests. The flat has two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is en-suite to the first bedroom, the second is accessible via the hallway. You will find soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels to start off your stay. Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a pre-arranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment. All check-ins after 19:00 on the date of arrival has to be confirmed with the property beforehand. Check-in after this time cannot be guaranteed if not confirmed by the property. Please note, the following additional fee applies for late check-in after 19:00: - 30 from 19:00 to 20:59 - 50 from 21:00 to 22:59 - 80 from 23:00 to 00:59 - 100 after 1:00 AM Guests will be required to send a copy of their identification (passport/ driving license/ ID) prior to their arrival. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in. Please inform the property in advance if a baby cot is required. Please note that the lead guest must be aged 27 years or older.
