The flat boasts a generous open plan kitchen/ living area that looks out over the city , with plenty of space and fully equipped for cooking up a storm, as well as dining and catching up with friends or family. The proximity to the centre as well as the dedicated work space in the flat make it the perfect place for a work trip away or as a base to retreat to after a day exploring the city! The sleek and modern design of the flat provides a serene environment in both the bedrooms to relax and unwind after a busy day of city life. The option of two bathrooms ensures that you won't be fighting over the shower with an en-suite in the master bedroom and a spacious family bathroom. There is no parking at the property - if you are planning on travelling by car, there is some free on-street parking approximately a 10 minute walk away. Additionally there is extra parking in pay and display car parks much closer to the property, however specific car park rules apply so be sure to check on this when using these!

My home is situated in the heart of Bedminster- just a short walk from the lovely River Avon and the iconic Bristol Harbourside. Our location could not be more convenient with busy East Street minutes away with everything you need including shops and plenty of places to eat.
