This charming and modern townhouse is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Tetbury. Located on a quiet road, it's just a short stroll away from the town centre, offering plenty of varied restaurants and shops. Enjoy the convenience of one allocated parking space and a small and secure private garden. The spacious interior is perfect for entertaining and relaxing, offering a large kitchen-diner and separate lounge. It has been lovingly decorated with quality furniture and soft furnishings. You can access the property by the front entrance door or by the back French doors, coming through the back garden gate. There is one parking space allocated in the courtyard behind the house. It is located next to the far garage on the left hand side as you enter the area. There is also on-street parking located outside at the front. Ground Floor: Kitchen/dinning area with all the home comforts including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, range style oven/hob and a great variety of cooking accessories. Downstairs toilet/sink First floor: Living area with comfortable sitting and large TV with Netflix and Amazon available. There is also a DVD player and a diverse range of movies for you to watch. Main bathroom with bath Second floor: Main bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table/ desk. Ensuite with shower. Second bedroom with two single beds Guests will have access to the entire house, apart from a third bedroom which has been locked as we store our personal belongings.

Tetbury is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and the second largest town in the Cotswolds. It is the home of King Charles and the Queen Consort Camilla and it was an important market for Cotswold wool and yarn during the Middle Ages. Today, it is better associated with boutique shops, great food, and its Royal Connections. Tetbury town centre has many options for antique shops, boutiques and cafes, only 15 min walk from the property. Off street parking is available in most locations, as well as park & displays near the centre. Car parking at the property: There is an allocated parking space in the courtyard behind the house. It is located next to the far garage on the left hand side as you enter the area. It is marked with an "18" on the fence. There is also on-street parking located outside the house. Buses The nearest bus station is located near Tesco at London Road, with direct routes to Stroud -Old Sodbury (69) , Cirencester - Wotton-Under-Edge(C60) Train The nearest train station is Kemble, is around 10 min away following the A433. It provides links to Cheltenham, Gloucester and Swindon.
