Nestled in the heart of a historic Norfolk village, this chapel conversion has been inspired by the idea of slow living with interior decor simple, authentic and stylish. The kitchen is well equiped with a new cooker, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. The bedroom has one large king-size bed with a super comfy mattress and high quality linen.

Born and bred in Norfolk, I am passionate about the county I live in. My husband and I own and manage a creative agency based in Norwich and London and have been renovating properties for over 15 years. The Chapel is our first holiday let and we have lovingly restored it over the past 2 years. Originally a Sunday school attached to a much larger Chapel, it became the main Chapel once the congregation numbers dwindled. We acquired the property once the Chapel finally closed and set about creating an inspiring retreat for guests to enjoy Norfolk from. Interior design is our hobby and our style is inspired by the concept of Slow Living and is contemporary and minimalist. We have supported local independent trades people and retailers throughout our renovation and guests will be able to enjoy the natural, sustainably sourced products on offer. Perfect for a couple to enjoy a luxe weekend away in Norfolk, the Chapel is situated perfectly to explore the whole county. Norwich is just half an hour’s drive away and has a rich variety of activities on offer including art galleries and museums along with a wealth of independent shops down beautiful cobbled lanes. The Norfolk and Suffolk coast are both an hour’s drive with some of the best beaches in the U.K. Thetford forest is also just 20 minutes away. A patchwork of pines and heathland it also offers a great day out.
