Louth is on the eastern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which offers fabulous walks, cycle routes and many good village tea rooms and pubs for refreshment as you explore the lovely countryside. A short walk from your cottage is Hubbards Hills, an area unique to Louth where you can enjoy a stroll alongside the River Lud before returning to one of the town’s traditional pubs for refreshment afterwards.
