My caravan and its location first of all aim to provide you with a place to relax and enjoy, but it may be that some people or families absolutely need to have a free WiFi connection at their holiday home. If that is the case, you need to know that currently there is no WiFi in my caravan, only in the Manor House, which is the main building at St Minver holiday park. When I stay at the park I bring my mobile dongle, which I bought at the Vodafone shop in Truro. You can get unlimited data deals and the benefit of having a MiFi, as they are called, is that it works everywhere, so you always have a WiFi connection wherever you go, also abroad. I have no business interest in Vodafone whatsoever, but they have the best mobile phone and internet coverage in the St Minver area. I just thought I'd bring this issue to your attention, since many people nowadays rely on their internet connection, also (and perhaps especially) when on holiday. Parkdean Resorts, who own the holiday park, have promised to roll out free WiFi throughout all their UK parks, but when that will become a reality is not clear yet.

About me: I am Dutch, have lived in the UK since 2012 and, apart from running my caravan as a holiday let, I work as a freelance translator/interpreter in French, German and Italian for the NHS, schools and other public bodies, and for private companies. I discovered St Minver holiday park in April 2018 while travelling around beautiful North Cornwall, and I immediately loved the atmosphere. When the delightful Jennifer Powers of the Sales Team contacted me a year later to inform me about a lovely caravan for sale, I was immediately interested. When I saw it, it was love at first sight, and the rest is history! In view of the many appreciative reviews of guests about the caravan and the location, I am very happy to be able to help provide people with a few (or more) days of much-deserved rest and relaxation. The park is quiet, yet not too quiet for a young family or for one with teenagers. There's the Manor House where you can eat, go to the pub or try your luck in the games arcade. For your basic shopping needs there's a small shop on site, run by Martin, who's a 1950s rock 'n' roll fan and dancer, and if you need to wash your clothes you can do so in the laundromat. You're only 2.5 miles from beautiful Rock Beach and from there you can take the ferry to Padstow, where foodies of course will want to check out Rick Stein's various delicious fish restaurants! You can take your dog to Rock Beach and Daymer Beach all year round, but there are also many other glorious beaches where you can walk your beloved pooch. North Cornwall holds enough attractions to keep you entertained, but from St Minver you can also easily travel to St Ives and further South for a day trip. And when you come home to the caravan after a day exploring the sites, you can put your feet up with a glass of wine on the terrace or watch one of the many DVDs at your disposal.
