The flat is located in the heart of the beautiful fishing town of Brixham and provides an excellent base to explore the South West Coast paths- being around a 10-15 minute walk away from accessing it. Here you can explore miles of gorgeous coastline and take in the local geo-parks and protected areas such as the Berry Head nature reserve. Additionally and conveniently there is a Spar right next door for essentials. Brixham is famous for it's colourful cottages, stunning harbour, dramatic coastline and clear waters. You have all of this only a short walk away and more. The property comes with parking for one car with plentiful on-street in the surrounding areas. Brixham itself has so much to offer for a getaway, but if you wanted to also explore further afield it also has great links to Dartmouth and Kingswear, Paignton and Torquay. If you don’t have a car there are bus stops nearby or take in the scenery and take the very regular ferry from the harbour over to Torquay, which takes roughly 20 minutes (you might even see a dolphin!)
