Hello I’m Mia and together with my partner Chris we run this lovely little holiday let. Whether you’re visiting for business for the night, staying for the weekend or making a holiday out of it we would love to welcome you. We live in nearby Torquay and we love to get the ferry across the bay to Brixham trying to spot seals and dolphins. Torbay is a really beautiful area and we love walks on the beaches with our dogs.

We would love to welcome you to our cosy little apartment in Brixham, South Devon. Small but perfectly formed it’s the perfect base for exploring the beautiful English Riviera and nearby Dartmouth and Totnes. The apartment had two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower over the bath and an open plan living area with well equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and flat screen tv. WiFi is provided for your convenience. The block of apartments has been recently renovated and everything is brand new, clean and tidy! It’s just a 5 minute walk to the town centre with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and a further 5 minutes to the stunning harbour area with a lively pebble beach just short stroll further. Check in is from 3pm via the lockbox at the property and check out is 10am. We are not offering early check in due to enhanced cleaning. Parking is available free of charge on Windmill Hill. There is no parking space provided for this apartment and we ask guests not to drive onto the property.

When visiting Brixham there are so many things to see and do, from the Golden Hind in the harbour to fishing trips on the sea and plenty of fish and chip suppers. There is the steam railway nearby and the car ferry to Dartmouth, Totnes is just a short drive away with its quirky shops and cafes. Torquay and Paignton have plenty of attractions and sandy beaches, the zoo is always popular with the kids and the pier with it’s bright lights and fun attractions.
