Enjoy a quiet, cosy, centrally-located home in York. Set just a 10 minute walk into the City Centre, it is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the City. Our home is a terraced house situated in a quiet area of The Groves. Short walk to the City Centre where you can get to all the main attractions of York, such as The Minster, Jorvik Viking Centre, York Dungeons, Shambles and more. Our home includes a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, including: - Pots and pans - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle - Dolce Gusto Coffee machine - Fridge and freezer - Hob and oven - Washing Machine We also provide coffee, tea and hot chocolate (and cannot forget about the biscuits). Tea towels, everyday cleaning products, bin liners, etc are also provided. The living room is an open space with two 2-seater sofas. Netflix is already logged in and ready to use (so you do not need to remember your password), but other apps such as Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc are also available. Plenty of books and board games are available for a fun filled evening should you decide to have a quiet night in. The bathroom is equipped with under-floor heating to keep you toasty. You will also be provided with: - Bath towels - Hand towels - Face cloths - Toilet roll - Ladies Sanitary towels - Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash If you're wanting to relax after a long day, then enjoy a bath with a whirlpool (bath salts are provided). The bedrooms are located upstairs: The main bedroom consists of a double bed and includes a chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe, including hangers, so plenty of space to store your belongings. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, however these can be connected to make a King sized bed if this is preferred. A fitted wardrobe with hangers is also available in this room.
