Courtyard Cottage is a homely bungalow nestled amongst rolling countryside five miles south of Duns in the Scottish Borders and can sleep four people in one king-size double bedroom and one family room. There is also a family bathroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. To the outside there is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage, a garden with furniture and a tennis court. There is also an external games room with a full-size pool table and table tennis. Courtyard Cottage is a fabulous cottage with something for everyone at any time of the year. The small border town of Duns is set in a wide valley known as The Merse and was once the capital of the Scottish Borders, when the current capital, Berwick-upon-Tweed, was under English rule. The town offers a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst the Jim Clark Museum is open to the public in honour of the famous racing driver who lived in the area.
