Upon entering this magnificent property, to your left you will find a cosy living space, equipped with a large wall mounted smart tv, comfortable sofas including a Double sofa bed to provide extra sleeping space for 2 guests, there is also a Gas fire to sit and enjoy a cosy night in on the colder nights! There is a separate dining area, suitable for 4 guests, following onto a lovely bright conservatory with extra seating. Turning right in the front door you will find a spacious kitchen area with high quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven etc. The kitchen is modernly decorated and fully equipped with all the cutlery and crockery you could need to make a home cooked meal. There is also a downstairs toilet. In the next room you will find a small area with a washing machine and dryer, an extra sink and a wine and beer fridge, this follows onto a magnificent games room, with an ice hockey table/ pool table. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with comfy beds and hotel linen. Free Wifi, ironing facilities and hairdryer provided. Dog friendly with extra charges.

Creamery Cottage is our brand new cottage nestled in a quiet residential area located less than 5 miles from York City Centre. This outstanding property has been renovated to an exceptionally standard throughout. York City Centre is roughly a 10-15 minute drive away traffic dependant, however there is also a bus stop just a few minutes walk down the road that takes you directly in the centre, making access easy if you do not drive. The village of Strensall has loads of lovely little pubs and restaurants and shops close by.
