This well presented, detached conversion was once the milking parlour on the farm. Take the footpath at the side of the cottage leading to woodland and a nature reserve. Alternatively, try your hand at trout fishing at Spring Hill Trout Waters across the track and catch supper. Nature lovers will also enjoy Brenchley Wood Nature Reserve. There are many National Trust properties in the area, including Knowle House at Sevenoaks where the film ‘Pirate of the Caribbean on Stranger Tides’ was filmed.
