An immaculate 4 bedroom 4 bath home nestled in a quiet residential road a short walk to the harbour and town center. Modern decor, a lovely kitchen/dining room with panoramic views. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 has bunk beds bottom bunk is a small double. Bedroom 4 is a self-contained annex with a kitchen & bathroom. With a private entrance, via the back garden, its perfect for Grandparents who might need a bit of room for themselves! Local shop steps from the front door.

Just a short stroll from the main town centre of Salcombe. 10-minute walk down the hill but a 10/15 minute walk back up. It's not a major problem but note the hill is steep. Close enough to enjoy the activity of the town but far enough away to escape and find peace. Less than a minute away from the local spar store and post office. Driving is the best mode of transport, parking for the property is on the street outside or surrounding streets, there is no time limit on parking, or there is a car park nearby.
