Located on the second floor there are stairs to the property. The external entrance allows you to walk out immediately onto the high street. The apartment offers a balcony and the option for al fresco dining after a long day. Whether you are working away from home, visiting family or friends, in Southend for leisure or relocating to the area and want a central bolt hole this is the perfect apartment for you. Weekly cleans are standard, fresh linen, towels, toiletries are all provided. The kitchen is well stocked and the lounge contains a wide screen smart TV with complimentary Netflix, some books and games for your leisure and is a great place to relax with friends or colleagues alike.

Don't miss adventure island, the pier or beautiful beach walks with a Rossi's ice cream of course. Southend has a many options for transport and is around 45 minutes from London. We are under 5 minutes walk from Southend Central station, 5 minutes from the central bus station and next door to the Royals Shopping centre. We are placed essentially at the top of Pier hill on the high street so visiting all of Southend's attractions takes no time at all.
