This first-floor apartment has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living/dining room and a utility. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, and a selection of books. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a terrace and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.1 mile and a beach within 0.7 mile. Please note that the staircase is steep, however there is a rope handrail. Though there are two double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has one-sided access and therefore the property sleeps up to 3 guests. There is no parking at this property. Driftwood is a delightful base for a trip to Devon. Note: The staircase leading to the first floor is steep and might not be suitable to guests with less mobility
