Archie and I farm in the Scottish Borders, organic - lamb and oats. We also let holiday cottages 3 miles from Kelso. I have been letting property for 30 years. Drummond Street Apartment is situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town a short walk to the Royal Mile and Princes Street. It is between the Geography and the Old College. There is a family It is not spacious but comfortable and clean with lovely linen. My Polish house keepers do a great job. On the lower floor there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with an overhead electric shower and the kitchen /sitting room. TV, WiFi, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, microwave, electric cooker. Small table and 6 chairs. On the mezzanine level there is a double room above the kitchen/sitting room, through which a shower room and small twin room are accessed. This is perfect for a family. The beds are prepared for your arrival and towels are provided. The apartment is a few minutes walk from Edinburgh University's George Square, the Festival theatre, the old and new museums, the law courts and the Royal Mile, Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, Waverley Station and Princes Street are 10 minutes to walk. The Royal Festival Theatre is close by. The Castle and the Grassmarket are 15 minutes walk.

Drummond apartment is in the heart of the Old Town. A wonderful location! Walking everywhere is easy. The Castle, Royal Mile and the Grass market are a short walk. Surgeons Hall is across the road. Drummond House sits between the Law Department and the Geography department. Blackwell's book shop is around the corner and serves good coffee. I enjoy Spoon also.
