Duchess House is an exquisitely presented six-bedroom Grade II listed family home. The accommodation offers flexible living, with the current situation having a one-bedroom ground floor annexe. The current owner has decorated the home to a high standard, whilst being sympathetic to the original style of the residence. Thought to date back to the early 1600's, Duchess House offers a charming and characterful elegance which includes exposed beams and open fireplaces. Upon entering the dwelling, you are greeted by an entrance hall with access to accommodation, the first/second floor is formed as a self-contained apartment, complete with 3x large double bedrooms, large kitchen, lounge, dining room and outside space. The aparment boasts accommodation extending over 1600 sq ft, This offers the ideal opportunity to utilise as a spacious accommodation The rear garden is low maintenance and has adapted the space to cater for off road parking, as well as having dedicated parking in the private lane behind the dwelling.
